MARCH 2006

· On March 12 in Media Centre in Belgrade promotion of research results and the accompanying publication More Than an Unofficial Estimate - The Position of Roma Children in Serbia  was organized by the Child Rights Centre and Save the Children UK, Serbia Program. Summary in English available in the downloadable version and upon request.

· New publication by the Child Rights Centre - Child Exploitation - Short Guide with special emphasis to Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.

· On March 3 in Media Centre in Belgrade promotion of research results and the accompanying publication Child Labour in Serbia - legislation, practice and forms analysis was organized by the Child Right Centre and the Ministry of Work, Labour and Social Policy and presented by Mr. Slobodan Lalovic Minister of Work, Labour and Social Policy, his associate Ms. Slavka Lakicevic and Ljubomir Pejakovic, Child Rights Centre director and Ms. Vesna Dejanovic, Centre's Information Sector co-ordinator.
